Cristalina Updates by email and Mark Combs information

If you want to get the emails of what is posted on this site make sure you click follow.  It should email you each time something new is posted.  I apologize I thought everyone had Mark's information we sent it out several times. Water Operator for Cristalina:  Mark Combs 425-413-5954.

I know everyone does a great job informing each other there so for those who are not following the announcements you can pass this along.

I only post stuff that is important so I really suggest everyone follow the website announcements.

I am sorry for the boil water issue.  We have chlorinated the well and are hoping that will take care of the issue.  More test are being done on Tuesday and Thursday.  I will update the results here as soon as I get them.

Thank you,

Maria Lindberg
Manager.

  2. Can you please explain to us why WE should have to keep each OTHER informed? Is this not YOUR job?!!!
And by the way, this is not an EMAIL list...this is a BLOG. Therefore, not everyone receives the updates. I only followed because I have a Blogger account. You might want to mention that to the rest of your customers.

  3. there needs to be a better mass email list done with news as crucial as this, We would not have had a reason to view this on a daily basis which is the only way any of us would have gotten the most current info. As the water district owner/administrator it is your responsibility when our health is involved

  4. It was my understanding that if you subscribe you should get an email when I post on here. I don't have everyone's email and some people don't have email. That is why we post signs at the end of the roads, put it on the news and in the newspaper. I have done this blog so that anyone who wants to get the information as quickly as possible can get an email.

  6. I do subscribe to the blog and have since it's inception---but have not gotten any email updates. As for sign posting, we did not go out until later Sunday afternoon so would not have seen and did not see anything on the news. Going forward, there needs to be maintenance of a email list as well as a call list.

This is Howard, Lindsi's husband. ( I don't have time to start my own blogger account so I will be using Lindsi's) I have tried calling and emailing you in the past and I am FULLY aware that doesn't work. So this seems to be the only way to get a hold of you.

I would like to see the water test report so I can see the amount and kinds of bacteria found. I would also like to see the test tomorrow and on Thursday. We have two small children in our house and I want to see with my own eyes that the water is safe.

I have also been trying to find the protocol for warning your customer of such problems. I haven't been able to find anything but do have a call into the UTC to find out. I am sure that you have done the bare minimum, With the signs and blog post. I would like to see more done but at this time that doesn't seem like a reasonable request....

I think a call list or a email list or both for people who have one not the other would be easy to do. Or go door to door. I saw the signs being put up at 2pm Sunday. almost 24 hrs after the blog post....

There only 85 customers on your well. I'm sure one mass email would cover 90% and the other 10% can get phone calls. I'm not sure if this is a requirement per Wa state but it's the human thing to do. A phone call or email asap upon the findings is the ethical thing to do with such a small community well.

I have been doing some research on E coli and have seen that the symptoms can take 2-8 days to show. I know if my family gets sick there will be some tough questions to answer.

You should have all of my contact info as I have given all of it to Stephine multiple times now.

So if you would like to talk about this one on one that would be great. I will be continuing my research on this subject and awaiting the findings of future test by the end of the week.

    Howard
