Power is back on, why do you not have water?

I was just informed from the water operator that the power going out ended up tripping your circuit breakers.  We have an electrician going out there now. I will repost when water is back on, but I am sure you will know before I do.

Accounting Audit almost complete.

By early next week we will have our audit complete. I have already started contacting some of you. It looks like a few people's payments were credited to the wrong account and there were a few double entries of payments. In addition to some payments that were paid but not credited properly to the right person's account. You will be receiving a statement next week with the outlined adjustments if there are any and of course credited any late fees if there are any incurred due to the error. We have also started sending out disconnection notices for those who are delinquent due to non payment. We should have everything square and up to date so that we can send the billing to a management company. Thank you for your patience.
