I am happy to report that our third set of tests all came back satisfactory today, the only other requirement we have to to sign a contract with the Water Operator. I am working on that right now. I just wanted to let you know as soon as I could that the water is good again!!!!
Thank you,
Maria

That is nice news. When can we expect a formal boil advisory cancellation notice? Your blog is not an adequate way to communicate.
ReplyDeleteWhat sort of discount should your customers expect on their next bill?
You will get a formal notice as soon as the Department of Health officially approves our water operator.
DeleteWe are regulated by the Utilities and Transportation commission we have no authority to give any discounts. I am sorry.

Earlier you said your employee gave out credits to accounts for no reason. Now you cant compensate anyone for thier loss of time and money because the utilities and transportation commission forces you to charge your customers for undrinkable water. Where was your concern for proper proceedure when you ignored the department of health's guidelines for notifying customers of a boil advisory?
ReplyDeleteYou have all these excuses about why you need us to pay more and more money to you. You have time to mail special letters and bills and call customers demanding payment but can't be bothered to explain why should have faith in your ability to accurately bill us or why you couldn't notify anyone of the boil advisory.
Completely ignoring your customers here really shows how little you care about any of us.
DeleteReally makes me feel better about sending you money.
